Hi, I'm Laura, a female personal trainer based in Brighton, and I know how overwhelming fitness can feel—especially when you're just starting. 

I help women in Brighton build confidence through strength training and realistic coaching that fits around everyday life.

My goal is to make fitness feel approachable, supportive, and empowering — whether you’re completely new to the gym or looking to rebuild confidence in yourself.
