Dance Hen Parties
Laura also teaches fun dance hen parties within Brighton and Hove. This is a high energy way to celebrate the bride to be with a professionally choreographed routine to a theme or song of your choosing. Whether it’s Beyonce, Abba, Taylor Swift or your favourite childhood song this will be a hen party to remember! No dance experience needed- just good energy and great tunes.
Pre/Postnatal
Laura is a fully qualified Pre and Postnatal Trainer and can help you to feel comfortable during this exciting but confusing time. Laura can tell you which exercises are safe and which exercises to avoid during the later trimesters of your pregnancy.

I’ll call you back for a Discovery call where I can find out more about your fitness goals, you can ask any questions and we can decide on a date/time for our FREE session. During the session, we’ll chat about your fitness goals, go through a few exercises depending and come up with a plan together.
2). You’ll Get A Personalized Workout Plan
Once I know more about you and what works best for you, I’ll create a curated fitness plan. I work to create a comfortable, inspiring environment that motivates you to move your body.
3). One-On-One Training
I believe in the power of one-on-one personal fitness training. My one-on-one and partnered training classes are warm welcoming, and meet you where you are today. I won’t force you to do things you hate or push your body to the point of pain. Instead, I give you tools that work for YOUR body.
4). An Approachable, Enjoyable Training Experience
I want you to feel comfortable and confident whenever you have a session with me. You don’t have to train like a soldier to get results. Train with me, and I promise the experience is lovely from start to finish.
